Returned or refused
packages If a package is returned to us by the carrier, there is a reshipment charge in the value of the original shipment paid by the buyer. This applies to one of the following situations:
- Package that the carrier was unable to deliver due to insufficient address
- The Customer has missed 3 delivery attempts
- The customer did not pick up the package at the UPS access point or post office after delivery was made.
- The delivery person declares that the customer has refused the package.
